Philosophy/Personal Statement
I have always specialized in representing “good guys” against “bad guys” which often also means “little guys” against “big guys.” Those who have been unlawfully victimized deserve to be compensated for what they have been forced to endure and for the consequences they have suffered and still suffer or will suffer. Those liable for the unlawful harassment, discrimination, etc. should be held responsible for the unlawful behavior.
Clients/victims should have a lawyer who is responsive and understanding of what they have been through, understands the need to heal and gain control of their lives, and will fight vigorously for their rights and not be intimidated by anybody or any entity. This I have done for three decades and pledge to continue doing.
I settle cases and I try cases, depending on the circumstances and the desires of my clients. In addition to many six-figure settlements and six-figure verdicts, I have also won jury verdicts of over a million dollars.
I am a sole practitioner, which is my preference. Because of this I am intimately involved in every aspect of my cases and I provide truly personal attention to each client.
